Seyval Blanc

Estate grown. Light and dry citrus aroma and flavor with a mild, acid finish. Cool and refreshing. Great served with seafood, poultry and cheeses.

Bianco di Casa

Our house white blend of estate grown Seyval Blanc and Cayuga with hints of apple and pear show in both aroma and sweet flavor, ending with a mineral finish. A great cocktail wine to serve with appetizers.

Frontenac Rose'

Estate grown, dark with up front tart cherry flavor and aroma, followed by a sweet lively finish. A fun wine to toast special celebrations, and amazing with dark chocolate.

Rossi

Reds

Rosso di Casa

Our house red with complex aromas of berry fruit open this San Giovese blend to a palate of soft black and blueberries. Long finish with a touch of fruit. Pleasant with a traditional Italian or Steak dinner.

Pinot Noir

This soft, light bodied California red has a berry fruit finish. A delightful companion to a breezy summer afternoon or early evening meal.

St. Croix

Estate grown, light bodied and dry with varietal characteristics of black currant. Generous in earthy flavor make for a distinct finish to remember.

Frontenac

Estate grown with dark and rich flavors of bramble and gooseberry. A lingering finish of mixed berries make this a standout with a harmonious ending.

Cabernet Franc

A ruby colored, medium bodied dry red with soft berry fruit and tannins. This estate and California blend pairs beautifully with Charcuterie or Antipasto.

Merlot

Rich fruit aromas with a hint of vanilla, followed by flavors of dark cherry. Full finish of lingering fruits in this estate and California blend pairs amazingly with dark chocolate.
